Ragazzi scusate x l'apertura di questo thread forse inutile ma avrei bisogno di delucidazioni riguardanti l'obbligo di tesseramento presente in alcuni lap, potrebbero esserci casi in cui la privacy venga violata?c'è la possibilità che possa arrivare qualcosa a casa che sia anche pubblicità?... ringrazio chi mi risponderà. P.s.premetto che non ho nulla da nascondere sono infatti tesserato in già due locali ma erano curiosità mie...

... sono circoli privati ... come tutti i club pvt ... un modo per pagare meno tasse ... e/o nei casi dei club pvt per accettare o meno un socio/cliente ... se nn lo chiude la polizia per prostituzione ... nessuno ti verrà mai chiedere niente ... spesso il tuo nome rimane su un foglio di carta e nn viene registrato come stabilisce la legge ...

Si capito...quindi probabilmente le uniche volte in cui si viene ricollegati ad uno di qst locali è x esempio nel caso in cui tu venga chiamato a testimoniare x fatti avvenuti all'interno del club? Un ultima cosa scaduta la tessera in quel caso neanche arrivano avvisi?

A parte che penso che l'avventore malandrino cmq nn rischia nullal'impiego a livello legale se parliamo di quello ke ho capito...ci và di mezzo lo staff,il proprietario e la lappera probabilmente perde l'impiego
